Information We Collect

When you request a quote on the Site, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, what it's for, the location or address, dates or rental length, the number of people or units, and any other details you choose to include. When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.

Information about your rental. If you rent from us, we keep the records needed to deliver, service and pick up your units and to bill for them, such as site addresses, placement notes, service schedules, contact people and invoices. Payment details are handled as described in your rental agreement and are not collected through this Site.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the date and time. These server logs are used for security, troubleshooting and keeping the Site running.

Cookies and Tracking

The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors. If we add a video to the Site, it is embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which is designed not to store information about you unless you play the video. If we ever add analytics or similar tools, we will update this policy first.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• schedule and perform delivery, servicing, pumping and pickup;
• send confirmations, service updates and invoices;

• Service providers that operate on our behalf, currently Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (delivery of the emails the Site sends), plus our email, phone and accounting providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• People involved in your rental, such as a site contact, event planner or general contractor you name, when needed to deliver or service units.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or when needed to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our business or others.
• Business transfers, if our business is sold, merged or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep quote requests and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and rental and billing records for as long as needed for the rental and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

How We Protect Information

The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please don't send sensitive information such as payment card or bank details through the quote form or by email.

Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
