These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of southfloridaportablerestrooms.com (the "Site"), operated by PRS Restrooms On The Go LLC, doing business as Restrooms On The Go ("we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Our Services

We rent portable restrooms, luxury restroom trailers, ADA-accessible units, handwashing stations, holding tanks, water systems and related accessories, and provide delivery, servicing, pumping and pickup in South Florida. The Site describes these services in general terms.

2. Quotes and Rental Agreements

Pricing is provided by quote only. A quote is based on the information you give us (location, dates, rental length, number of people or units, service frequency and site conditions) and may change if that information changes or proves inaccurate. A quote is not a reservation until we confirm it.

Every rental is governed by the quote and rental agreement we provide to you. That agreement sets out the equipment, dates, service schedule, price, payment terms, deposits, cancellation and rescheduling terms, and responsibility for loss or damage. If anything on the Site conflicts with your rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Unless your rental agreement says otherwise, as the renter you agree to:

• provide safe, clear access for our trucks to reach the placement area for delivery, servicing and pickup;
• provide a reasonably level, stable placement spot and tell us about gates, codes and site hazards;
• obtain any permits or permissions required for placement, such as on public property, sidewalks or in parks;
• not move, tip or relocate units yourself; call us and we will relocate them;
• keep units free of trash, hazardous or flammable materials, chemicals, paint, concrete, fuel and anything other than normal human waste and toilet paper;
• protect units from fire, vandalism, theft and misuse while they are on your site; and
• tell us promptly about any damage, tipping, leaks or problems with a unit.

Additional charges for loss, damage, extra cleaning, blocked access or missed service, if any, are as described in your rental agreement.

4. Service, Scheduling and Delays

We schedule delivery, servicing and pickup to fit your needs and work hard to keep to that schedule. Times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, site access and conditions beyond our control, including hurricanes, tropical storms, severe weather, flooding, road closures, government orders, emergencies and supply or equipment issues. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by such events, and we will communicate with you and resume service as soon as it's safe and practical.

5. Equipment Descriptions

We work to keep descriptions and photos on the Site accurate, but models, colors, features, capacities and availability can vary and change. Confirm the details that matter to you when you book. Guidance on the Site about how many units you may need, OSHA ratios or accessibility is general information, not legal or compliance advice for your specific site or event.

6. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or fraudulent quote requests or information;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, hack or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or
• use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site's content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's content, including text, photos, graphics, our logo and mascot, is owned by PRS Restrooms On The Go LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Warranties, if any, for rented equipment and services are only those stated in your rental agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability relating to the Site is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Liability relating to rentals is governed by your rental agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRS Restrooms On The Go LLC and its owners, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us, and is part of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
